It is recommended (but not required) that you attach a copy of the student's latest report card of academic grades to the Application Form when you register, as it will be helpful to determine a student's current academic level.

FEES

The fees for courses will vary according to subject and grade level. In general, four-one-hour-session fee for a group class starts at $75, whereas the individual fee per session starts at $24. Please contact Comsolone for more information.

PAYMENT GUIDE

1. The fees must be paid in full by the end of each month to avoid late payment charges.
   We recommend paying in three-month installments by three post dated cheques
2. Interest is charged at a rate of 3% each month on balances unpaid after 30 days.
3. Notice of seven days is required for any cancellation of cheques.
4. A student must give seven days notice if he/she intends to withdraw from any course. If there is a failure to do so, the student must pay for the session.
5. There is a $25.00 service charge on each NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheque.
6. Make-up lessons will be given ONLY if 24 hours notice is given. There are no money refunds.
7. NO refund will be given if a student withdraws from any course after a payment has been made.

Without the express consent of Comsolone, parents are strictly cautioned not to solicit any private tutoring service from the teachers or tutors of Comsolone either during the time that students are studying at Comsolone or even when the students are no longer studying at Comsolone. Any such illicit actions may be subject to prosecutions against the offenders without further notice.
